I'm now a believer! I just finished looking at what is now a wonderful family treasure. The film cleaned up better than I had hoped, and the audio that you added was really right on. Don't waste your money on "straight Transfer shops" your better off just getting a projector and doing it your self, Both the music and the sound effects. The flying chapter is much more enjoyable with the sounds of the jets coming over the music. The music selections for the family chapter were perfect. I thought that your service was a bit pricey, but it was worth every cent. I'll be sending along some more 8mm film next month. You can consider me a very satisfied customer. Thanks very much. Dear Film Video Audio, Your Fedex came yesterday at the projected time frame. I knew the age of the 88mm film would no doubt be a challenge. Rest assured I was delighted with your work and the songs you selected to accompany the film. They were perfect!!!! I haven’t seen this film for 40 years. What a trip. My children are looking forward to seeing the first of the DVD's. I loved the one song that questions what will I be when I grow up……at that time, I had no idea that my daughter would be a Speech Pathology, my older son, A Federal Prosecuting Attorney, my red head would be an optometrist and in Medical Administration of several clinics and that the baby in my arms would be a Professor of Jazz Studies in California!!!! So….nine grandchildren, I am sure they will enjoy seeing another time zone! This was quite a nostalgic trip for me AND WORTH IT$$$$ !!! I was amazed at your “turn around time”….perfect for me as I am headed to CA to see my son the end of this month….he doesn’t know I did this so will be delighted to share with his family. When I return I will forward the next 7”reel.

Received my dvd's a few days ago and I can't tell you how thrilled I was with the results. You did a fantastic job with the 70+ year old films, and we loved the music you added to go along with it. I just hate that the other undeveloped film is useless but happy that I got at least one of them done. Thank you so much for your help with this project. Hi, Just got the videos today... One word ....... AMAZING....!!!!! Its absolutely AMAZING... The video you produced from the 16mm film far exceeded what I was expecting from a color film shot in 1946 and had apparently been in attics and closets since. I was hoping to get a few good scenes of my in-laws wedding and we got 20 minutes of an Italian wedding that is incredible. You clearly slowed down the frames so it was a natural looking video and I'm sure you must have edited some of the frames because I saw yellow spots on the original film before I sent it to you. The music you added was perfect for the Italian families in this wedding. You got it on Monday and I got it back today... Thursday. You must have a lot of gremlins working hard in your studio. And the cost was very reasonable for getting such special memories... memories that can easily be shared. My wife & I just watched her parents wedding on our big screen TV (twice)and both of us were crying with joy when it was over. She got to see her parents wedding and her grandparents and other family members in the video. We're going to surprise my mother-in-law, with this video this weekend when we're celebrating her 89th birthday at our home.. In the video she was 18..... My father-in-law passed away in 2008 but some folks in video are still alive and I will be posting this to YouTube, after we surprise Frances, for the rest of the family to see. I can't thank you enough for an outstanding piece of work. I wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone with film that needs restoration or that they simply want to get to a video file so they can share and keep forever. Or like me, they want to post to YouTube for all family members to see on their computers. I'm sure I'll be sending more videos for you to do your magic. Thank you again.

I had some old film reels that other people said they couldn't do anything with at that point. They were from 1974. I thought I would at least give it a shot. Not only did they clean up and transfer the film but the quality was superb! I couldn't believe that I was able to watch these clips that other companies said were "lost." The speed of the service was fast and the communication was lightning-quick. I was so happy that I sent one more batch of little reels that was returned as professionally as the first. I am so glad that I found Film Video Audio Restoration and plan to use them for any other items of this nature in the future. They restore the past to the present! I would rate this service 5 out of 5 stars plus a bonus star for speed and quality!

I sent my 8mm silent home movies and what I got back was nothing short of amazing. The films were not in the best of shape but Reel Film Production cleaned them up, transferred them to DVD and added appropriate sound. Seeing and hearing the DVD was like going back in time. They did all of this within 2 weeks. I give them 5 stars! The 8mm films turned out awesome! We totally expected them to be films of my older sister in the 50's we never expected them to be of my mother and her sister in the 30's!! What a happy surprise to see my 9 year old mother jumping rope. it made my heart smile. She passed this past April and I am missing her something awful these past few days. Thank you again for your help with this I will tell every one I know about your talents!

Overall, you have done a sterling job. I appreciate your artistry and talent and the skill you’ve developed in using it. I got what I paid for. Thank you. Now I am working to get a package together of all my dad’s 8mm films I’ve had transferred to DVD and all my 8mm films you’re restored and put on DVD. I must decide who gets what, how to package, etc. etc. When that is done, especially if the project meets with appreciation and some measure of enthusiasm, I may recut some of my dad’s film and put a reel or two together to send your way for a full restoration.
